Frequent Unattended Desktop Crashes: Internal System Error

We are experiencing multiple crashes a day on a desktop flow that runs all day. It is not crashing on any part of the process, but instead is throwing this error
 

Error Code:ExecutionStatusNotTerminal

Error Message: Encountered internal server error.

 

if we restart the flow from Cloud it will instantly crash, so we are needing to go into the machine and manually reboot it before restarting the flow.

 

Has anyone else experienced this on theirs flows, and if so, how did you resolve it?

    Hi @Alex87,
     
    This usually occurs when there is long running flows and runs all the day, or the machine is not restarted for many days
    Best thing is that you schedule a automatic reboot at some point of time maybe after business hours
    This way it will start fresh

    I think this is kind of similar of this thread, can you please confirm that if PAD client itself crashing?
     
    Also - please verify the error code here  to narrow down the error sources.
