Created flow to extract attachment file from SharePoint Online List item for every new creation.
The flow should create a copy of the attachment file in the Sharepoint Online Library but resulted in Fail Message:
Action 'Create_file' failed: Access denied. clientRequestId: c8a38aa1-dcad-44cc-ab22-2f3b7c28c781 serviceRequestId: 65070da2-b090-7000-416a-7951a1ebe30c

The folder in SharePoint Library already have the account used by the connector as a member.

    Hello @FK-03020323-0

This error usually come when the flow’s connection does not have permission to create files in the document library. Could you please follow the steps below to check the permissions for the user who created the flow?

#1. Go to your SharePoint site
#2. Open the Document Library where the file is being created
#3. Click Settings from top right corner then Library settings
#4. Click Permissions for this document library
    #5. Click on "Check Permissions".
#6. Pass the flow created user email then it will show the permission of that user. Flow created use at least required Contribute or Edit permission in order to create the file.

The “Access denied” error in the Create file action is almost always caused by the SharePoint connection used in the flow not having sufficient permissions on the target document library or folder.

Verify the connection user, ensure consistent connections across actions, and confirm that the user has at least Contribute access to the destination library.

Since the account already has access to the folder, two things worth checking:

    1. The permission might be set at folder level via a sharing link, not via the library's permission groups. Power Automate sometimes needs the account to have Contribute at the library level, not just folder-level share access. Check Library Settings > Permissions and confirm the account appears there directly, not just via the folder.

    2. What's the exact Folder Path set in the Create file action? If it's pointing to the root of the library or a different path than where the permission was granted, it would still fail.

    Best regards,

    Valantis
