I used when keywords mentioned in channel as trigger while running it shows below error.
 
Subscription Id(s) are not found. Please try updating the trigger and re-saving the flow to trigger new subscription creations
 
Need help to resolve this issue

    Hi 
     
    Can you try:
     
    1. Edit the trigger
    2. Re-select the Team/channel
    3. Save the flow
    4. Turn the flow off and on
