Read from CSV file and write to sharepoint list

Hi there,
 
I have a requirement to create a Power Automate cloud flow.
 
Trigger: When a file is created into a sharepoint document library (CSV file)
 
The flow needs to read all the line items from the CSV file and write it to the sharepoint list.
 
Kindly support.
