ReportI have a power automate flow that is triggered from a MS Form. It submits though multiple levels of approvals. One level has failed with the error Action 'Start_and_wait_for_Manager_approval' failed: The request failed. Error code: '502'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'. (this is the second approval level so the request ahs already has passed one approval. What I'm at a loss to understand is what typically would trigger this error. There is a file attached to the approval (at each stage).
I've had issues where comments were being accumulated and I hit a string length constraint but this is something different.
any advice would be helpful
