Hey @CY-12121054-0 - What is the Data-Source? SharePoint, OneDrive?

We need to Capture the data before deletion. Also If I understand correctly, You wants to use column data from a record after it has been deleted, but Power Automate cannot access deleted data, so you need a way to capture it before the delete occurs.

If you are a Site Collection Admin you can use the when an item is deleted trigger which does surface who has deleted the item in the SharePoint list. You can grab this into a compose action from the dynamic content  and then use it in subsequent actions. But you do need to be a site collection admin or the flow will show an error.

@CY-12121054-0 Hey Mate, You can use "Deleted by" and then log it into a different list... The Trigger is "When an item is deleted" which will return you "Deleted by"
