Reminder to fill MS form

Hi, I am creating a power automate flow where I want to get people to fill a microsoft form. I start by sending an initial email to fill the form and update a list with people who have responded, then I send a reminder email after comparing people in this list to the initial list of people i sent the form to and send a reminder email
My question is how to check again for more responses 5 days after the reminder email and then send a follow up message to those people to fill the form again?

I have made two options of this. One of our forms is usually filled in within a month and a flow run is max one month so I mad delays with this flow to check after x amount of days if the item had been completed in one field. If not, send reminder, if it has been completed stop flow.

My other solutions spans over several months. I created another list that had a lookup field to the person I was waiting for the response to. I made a flow that would add the dates of the upcoming emails to be sent out. Then I made a recurrent flow each day to check if the today's date matched the date in the list and to send that email.

You can use two lists and two flows for this.

List 1: People who should be invited.

List 2: Form submissions by the people who submitted the form.

Following flows:

Flow 1: Triggered by the form submission and stores the details of the person who submitted the form.

Flow 2: Triggers manually and filters out the people who have already submitted based on the lists and sends email to the people who are not in the submission list.
