I want to send an email if an item in Outlook Calendar is created in the same day found in a table on an Excel file on Sharepoint.

The flow doesn't work because , so Copilot says, there is a mismatch between the format date in Calendar and the date in the Excel file table: I checked but the format is identical.
Flow looks correct only but sometimes, dates in excel will be converted to a numerical format which would be the days difference based on date 1st Jan 1900 (assuming so). so even dates look as perfect dates in excel file, when running the flow in power automate - it may get converted to numeric format and when comparision it may causes the error.
To confirm - after running the flow- check the flow execution and see how values of dates are present.
Now to resolve this , select the following option in date time format field of list rows present in table
