FLow says invalid inputs

I am trying to create a flow that when an email hits shared inbox with myself in CC and with specific subject string, it should trigger a message in teams. However, the flow checker says the requested email, which is my work email is invalid. Pretty sure i inputted correctly from the database.

Please share a screen shot of the action you are trying to configure. You can redact your e-mail address in the image. This way, we'll know the specific action that you are having an issue with. I assume you are using this action:

If so, you should be able to just start typing the e-mail address in each of these fields and it will list options that you can choose from as you type. If what you are typing is not showing any results, it would indicate that the e-mail or person does not exist or is not recognized.

If your issue is with posting the Teams message, the e-mail field works the same way there. Just start typing the e-mail address or name and choose from the results that appear:

I am very sure I am using auto pick method (type , auto-suggest, pick from drop down) to select my email an shared inbox, it still says invalid inputs. strange

Try to add a semicolon after your email address.

AR-11061826-0 please share the exact error message from the flow designer error checker. Your screen shot of the configured action does not show any errors. Also note, you missed redacting the e-mail address used in the connection reference at the bottom of the image of the configured action.

Without knowing the actual values, what this tells me is that you have probably entered a user account in the shared mailbox field rather than the e-mail address of an actual shared mailbox. User mailboxes are not the same as that of a shared mailbox. This is the type of mailbox this action works with: Open and use a shared mailbox in Outlook - Microsoft Support

I can test out this theory by creating a workflow with the same trigger and choosing a user instead of a shared mailbox. When I go to choose the folder for the trigger, I get an error message:

Oddly, Power Automate will let me save the flow even with the invalid configuration.

I am using personal user instead of shared inbox and I still don't see the output as expected, but no errors either. What is the work around for this? I have full access to shared inbox and added it as another account as well, nothing seem to work.
