Scheduled Backup Flow fails because there is a CSV file already there, but I need to keep them all, help?

Hi everyone,

I created a flow yesterday that will download my SharePoint List information as a CSV file into a folder in SharePoint "Documents". It works exactly the way I why I need it to, except that today I went to test it again.

The Flow run failed, because I already have yesterday's test file in the folder.

Can someone help me so that my flow so it will keep all the weekly backup downloads in the folder until such time as I physically move or delete them?

I am thinking it is a file naming thing (see screen shot), maybe adding the date to the file download? But I can't figure it out.

Help please?????? Thank you!!!!!

Exactly as you say - add a formatted timestamp, ideally YYYYMMDD, to the front of your File Name.

You will still need to think about what should happen if you run the flow twice on the same day.
