Hello,

See image below. I am trying to access the Documents library in a subsite but flow is not finding the subsite but it does find the library in the subsite.

I reviewed this suggestion but I don't understand where or how I am supposed to paste the step.

Basically, how can I access my subsite?

    Hi ,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.

To access a SharePoint subsite in Power Automate, you must manually enter the subsite’s full URL because the SharePoint connector only lists top‑level sites in the “Site Address” dropdown and never shows subsites.

Even though the connector can detect libraries inside a subsite, it will not display the subsite itself, so the fix is to choose Enter custom value in the Site Address field and paste the exact URL of your subsite

(for example: https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com/sites/ParentSite/SubsiteName). Once this URL is entered manually, the “Library Name” dropdown will populate correctly, allowing you to select the Documents library or any other library within that subsite and use all SharePoint actions normally.

I hope this helps resolve the issue! If you need more specific guidance, feel free to ask.

I figured out my problem. The folder name I was passing in had a space at the end of it. Once I used the trim function it works.
