Cannot put an attachment on a "Create an approval" action

In my flow, I have an HTML file converted to a PDF and then sent as an attachment using the Send Email V2 action. The PDF attachment comes over successfully on the e-mail.

When the flow gets to the "Create an Approval" action that is using the same exact attachment that is on the e-mail, I get the following error message:

"Attachments are not supported for your environment SKU, Teams. To interact with Approvals attachments, please use an environment with a SKU that is not Teams."

I am at my wits end with trying to figure this out! I haven't been able to find much online about this error message.

    Hi there,

I went googling for your issue and the best I could find was this:

Go to Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com😞

    1. Select Environments.
    2. Select the environment in which the error occurs.
    3. Select Security Roles > See All.
    4. Click the ellipsis (...) next to Approvals Administrator and select Edit.
    5. Search for "asyncoperation" (aka "System Job") table (select "Show all tables" if not visible).
    6. Update the read permission to "Organization".

Are you able to try this out and report back if it solves the issue?
