I want to set up automation when a file is modified however Power Automate says my Microsoft account does not exist

    Please show your flow as that will help to determine the issue. My guess is that you are not using the OneDrive for Business action and are instead using the OneDrive for Web action, and this is the reason the account does not exist. If you show your flow, this would be easy to determine.
