How can I resolve this issue? Please note that my email address is correct and I am able to create flows from scratch; however, I am unable to use the ready made templates. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi there!

You will need to provide some screenshots and describe where you are at, what you are trying to do, etc.  Otherwise people will read this post and close it out because there are not even details to help.

    Hi there!

Thanks for the screenshots.  This is common and has happened to many people, including myself from time to time.  Guessing because you didn't describe what you are trying to do, but if you are trying to connect to 365 Outlook you selected the wrong trigger or action,  Outlook.com is different than 365 Outlook.

This screen means you don't have an outlook.com account.  Did you want to connect to 365 Outlook?

    Hi @AY-20010858-0,
    Adding to @trice602 response,

The issue is that you are using the Outlook.com connector, which is only for personal accounts like @outlook.com or @hotmail.com. If you are using a work or school account, this will fail.
The same applies to OneDrive. The OneDrive connector is for personal accounts only.
For work or school environments, you must use OneDrive for Business and the Office 365 Outlook connector with actions like Send an email (V2). These connectors are built for organizational accounts and Exchange Online, which is why they work correctly.

Based on the login URL in your screen shot (login.live.com) you are trying to login with a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft ended support for personal accounts last summer. You can learn more at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/important-changes-coming#deprecation-of-support-for-personal-microsoft-service-accounts-in-power-automate

As others have noted, you are using the Outlook.com action instead of the Outlook for M365, and I believe the personal OneDrive action instead of the OneDrive for Business actions. Now, I don't really know from the documentation if you can still somehow use the Outlook.com actions since in our environments we have DLP policies set up to prevent those actions from being used,

I may be reading the information in the above link incorrectly, but when Microsoft says "personal Microsoft service accounts" they are not referring to "service accounts" but are referring to accounts used with personal Microsoft services such as Outlook.com. In other words, the actions you are trying to use are no longer supported.
