The case description and any attached email content (see the attached example) are analyzed by the "Create text using GPT as a prompt" model.

The "Create text using GPT as a prompt" model summarizes the contents, outcomes, steps taken, and so on (the prompt already has these instructions as a prompt) . I've included my current draft of the flow below and would appreciate any feedback on its feasibility or suggestions for improvements.
I dont know if "string" is needed or something to format the text bodies in a way that the ai knows x is case description and x are the emails.
