Form flow stopping on actually sending an email.

So I tried this several times as a tester. The first tester worked, and the Form results were emailed to the address set, with an email showing the fields and their data.

Since I have tried including more fields and creating another flow for the Form this actually needs to be used for, it is showing "Success" in the 28 Run history; however, 0 emails have been received. The flow itself is all looking correct but emails are not being sent?

The connection is all showing.

Tried getting support via Chat, which simply kept returning with standard/random Administration and Licensing options as opposed to actual help, without this being my selected input.

The issue is most likely with your condition since the flow did not generate any errors and ran successfully. You will need to show the configuration of the condition and explain how it should work. Otherwise, we can only guess what condition you are trying to use. For error-checking, you might want to put a compose action on the no side of the condition and pass the value that you are checking in the condition through it. This way, you'll see that your flow went down the no side and you'll also be able to see if the value met the criteria of your condition.

Your flow is “successful” but emails aren’t sent because dynamic fields broke after you modified the Form.

    Quick Fix
    • Delete Send an email (V2) action
    • Add it again fresh
    • Re-select ALL dynamic fields (don’t reuse old ones)
    • Temporarily hardcode your email in To and test
    Why this works
Power Automate keeps stale field references when Forms are updated—so the email step runs but sends to empty/null values.

Recreate the email step and rebind dynamic content—this forces the flow to use the updated Form schema.

I hope it is helpful to you.

     Best Regard,
    Max Martin
