Intermittent Internal Server Errors on Office 365 and SharePoint Connectors in Power Automate

Problem:
I am experiencing intermittent internal server errors on three separate Power Automate actions — Send an email (V2) using the Office 365 connector, Update Item and Send an HTTP request to SharePoint using the SharePoint connector.

The actions fail with the same error: "Encountered internal server error The tracking Id is 'xxxxxxxx'." The failures are transient where retrying the workflow with the exact same input and no changes resolves the issue each time. This has happened multiple times across the three connectors. With each failed workflow run, either one of the actions listed above will fail causing the entire workflow to not run.

What I have tried:

  • Retrying the workflow manually — works on retry with no changes

  • Tested a smaller isolated version of the workflow — same error occurred, resolved on retry

Hi Vish, the workflow error is as shown.

It used to work fine until recently where I am experiencing such errors. This failed workflow works when i resubmit again without any changes.
