Generally, this error is caused by a renamed or deleted SharePoint column, variable, or action that the flow is still referencing. A data type mismatch can also trigger an "Invalid parameters" error.
Review any recent changes made to the flow or connected data sources. Also, verify whether any columns or variables were deleted while the flow is still referencing them in actions, dynamic content, or expressions. It's common to see this error when a SharePoint column has been removed or renamed, or when a variable was deleted but is still being used somewhere in the flow.
Or If you can share the exact error message and a screenshot of the action, that would help us troubleshoot the issue.
This is a known issue with the Power Automate new designer where it sometimes temporarily shows “Invalid parameters” or warnings while loading the flow. In some cases, the designer may also freeze or show out of memory-related error.
If the errors disappear after a few seconds and the flow saves/runs correctly, it is usually a UI/loading.
Could you please switch old to classic designer and try?
or you can raise the support ticket for same.
