Downloading attachments from CRM to a location such as Sharepoint

Hi everyone

I have a field in my Dynamics CRM that has the type of File. I am uploading PDF files to this field in CRM, but I would like to create a Power BI report to show which CRM records have a file uploaded to this field. Unfortunately, Power BI does not work well with File fields, and therefore it is not showing when I try to create a report.

I've been advised to download the uploaded files to another location (e.g. Sharepoint) that would help me to work in Power BI.

I'm using Power Automate to extract the PDF files into a Sharepoint folder, but I'm having problems as it's asking for a unique GUID. The images below shows how far I've got in the process:

So, the Table Name is Contacts and the Column Name is Pen Portrait Upload. I'm trying to ask Power Automate to download any files that are currently uploaded or will be uploaded in future. However, I'm unsure what to put in the Row ID field which seems to be mandatory. Surely this will change for each Contact in the CRM?

I'm very new to Power Automate, so please forgive me if I've got this entire process wrong already!

Many thanks
Jon
