Hello,

Im struggling to pull some information and would love some help.

I have a form that populates requests into my Microsoft list called 'IT Access Repository' lets call it List A. So when an application such as Figma is paired with Access Type Read-Write, I'd like it to pull from my List B Approver List 'AD Access' (secAPP_Figma_Editor) to populate List A's AddAdGroup

Trigger: Set up a trigger for when a new item is created in List A (IT Access Repository).
Condition: Add a condition to check if the application is Figma and the Access Type is Read-Write.
Get Items: Use the “Get items” action to retrieve the relevant approver from List B (Approver List ‘AD Access’). Filter the items to match secAPP_Figma_Editor.
Update Item: Use the “Update item” action to update the AddAdGroup field in List A with the approver information from List B.
