Since you've said you installed Power Automate on your computer, are you asking about Power Automate Desktop? If so, someone else will need to answer the question as I don't use Power Automate Desktop. If you are asking about Power Automate Cloud flows, you will need a Power Automate premium license as you're mostly likely going to need one of the AI Builder actions to extract data from the pdf files.

Microsoft already has instructions for processing invoices at Use the invoice processing prebuilt model in Power Automate - AI Builder | Microsoft Learn.

If you are asking about Power Automate Desktop, this has the minimum requirements for using it on a PC: Prerequisites and limitations - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn. If your PC meets these requirements, it should run. Obviously, exceeding these requirements will increase performance and I would recommend upgrading to Windows 11.

You could use AI Builder as @David_MA suggested or Azure document Intelligence. Or some LLM. Usually those are not free though for pdf extractions.

If you have to keep it free then Power Automate Desktop has some built in PDF extraction actions so you could try those

Some invoices are structured so that "Extract tables from PDF" works well. So I would try that first. Then if that doesn't work then try "Extract text from PDF". Then just add actions to get the needed data into the Excel.

Your files did not load so I was not able to test them myself on the PADs PDF actions.
