Hope all well.
I am creating a Team list (SharePoint) as a ticketing system for us to log a job when customer call for tech support. However, I have 2 issues which not able to resolve.. (I am not IT background.
1. When I create an item, I use the Formula to create a ticket ID, but every time when someone edit the list (or the ticket) it change the ticket ID. I am not sure what is the best way to "lock in" ticket ID?
2. I also would like to create a workflows as below - When we key in the Part Number (Managed Metadata and we have a excel table saved on the SharePoint), I would like to have the part name and price update itself. However, I try to create my workflow but it just not work, I am not sure which I got wrong.
Hope someone able to help us, as I spend about 2 months now and still can't resolve it. :)
