Hi Guys,
if i want to retrieve the latest email (the top email in that folder), how to do it? Is there a way without selecting the "Unread only" in retrieve email, because i might read it manually
please help, many thanks

As per my understanding, it will pull over all the email by latest only. If not please explain your scenario with some screenshots.
Please find the below screenshot:
Most of the email inline with my outlook data time timestamp

What if you just get all the emails and then use the %RetrievedEmails[0]% to refer to the first email on that list. Would that work for your requirements?Like so:
Actually, i have to refer the attachment in that latest email. So if i just get all the email with saving the attachments, that would be a huge problem
How about you would then use "Retrive email messages form Outlook" action again but with the first emails body in "body contains" filter? And then of course Attachments as Save attachments
So first Retrieve emails action does not save attachments and just gets all of them:
Then second Retrieve emails action uses the latest email body info to get only the latest email and that attachemnt. Of course if the body is empty or generic that can repeat then use some other data from the first email to filter it.
Are you indicating that the issue lies in saving all attachments in the same folder? Do you wish to create a new folder based on the email subject or the date received, and then save the attachments inside it?
Great idea, thanks.
