Start and wait" is stuck, it's not sending the approval message

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a workflow for approval in my Teams environment that is linked to an application developed in Power Apps for Teams. The workflow triggers directly after the user creates a record and clicks a button that initiates the workflow. The problem I'm encountering is that, despite the workflow functioning correctly, the "Start and Wait for Approval" action is not sending the approval email. Here is the error code I am currently receiving:

Is it the first time you use create an approval in this environment? Is it a new environment? Please check below document and see if it helps:

Actually, it's an application developed within a Teams team, and this application has a form that appears after recording a record in the Dataverse. We then switch to a consultation mode to check the information, and there's a button to start the approval workflow, passing item parameters such as email and number. The issue is that the provisioning of the database is not done correctly to install the instances to start the approval.
