Hi,

I have been creating a flow that will email to various domain. I tested that it works for gmail and yahoo mail, but my organization's domain did not receive the automated email. I have requested my IT team to whitelist microsoft@powerapps.com but we are still not receiving email from the flow. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Thank you.

    Hi @NashLin ,

Please try to submit the following form to get the email notification again.

    https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR3C9XjiHUVxLhDY4Jhbh4V1UM0I5QTNBV0ZIQzg4VFhVWFpVQ1RBTlVWUS4u

And check if these notification has been moved to junk folder or mark as spam.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

I have checked all the spam and junk mail but nothing was found. Any other solutions to resolve this?

I am not referring emails generated from Forms. I am referring to send email in the flow. Please see attached.

    Hi @NashLin ,

Have you tried to submit the form?

Also, please check if this flow runs successfully.

    Hi @NashLin ,

You need to re-subscribe to email notification from microsoft@powerapps.com by clicking on the form I shared with you.

    Hi,

Yes, i have submitted the form and the flow works well. It has been tested and email is received on yahoo and gmail domain, but not my organization domain.

Attached image shows the flow is successful.

    Hi,

As instructed, I have signed up to email notification.

Then I perform my flow again.

And my organization domain did not receive any email, but my yahoo and gmail received this email from the flow.

Let me know if there are any other alternatives.

    Thank you.

    Hi @NashLin ,

When you click the link provided by me, you should see this page:

    39.PNG

You should select Subscribe and enter your email address, and then you should be able to receive email notification from microsot@powerapps.com.

    Hi,

I do see an email that subscribes me to the form, BUT i am not talking about receiving email from the form. I am referring to the email received through the FLOW as describe in the previous post.

I can receive emails by submitting from forms, but not through the flow automation.

    Any other alternatives?

    Don't use "Send email notification".

    Hi @NashLin ,

Are you still unable to receive email notification?

Maybe you could use Send email action. Then you can use the service account to create a connection, so you can avoid sending emails using your account.

    look forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
