I have been creating a flow that will email to various domain. I tested that it works for gmail and yahoo mail, but my organization's domain did not receive the automated email. I have requested my IT team to whitelist microsoft@powerapps.com but we are still not receiving email from the flow. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

It is funny that i follow exactly the contact support and I can only be lead to this community for support. I have to say that it is such a shame that I don't get a solution for this. I'll probably stop using the automate.

I tend to suggest that you contact Microsoft Support to assist you in solving why you cannot receive an email notification.
As for the service account I mentioned, if you use Send an email action to send a notification, the email will come from your mailbox. If you want to avoid this problem, you can consider creating a Service account, and then use the Service account to create a connection for Send an email action.

Yes I am still unable to receive email and my IT department has checked that no email was sent to us.
I do not understand what does this means. Can you further elaborate?

Hi,
I do see an email that subscribes me to the form, BUT i am not talking about receiving email from the form. I am referring to the email received through the FLOW as describe in the previous post.
I can receive emails by submitting from forms, but not through the flow automation.
Any other alternatives?
