I am trying to send an email based on the dates pulled from an excel sheet. Once Today = Date + 90 days, I want it to send the email. This is the example spreadsheet that I'm working with.

For example, for Bob, 2022-10-28 + 90 days = 2023-01-26, so an email would be sent on Jan 26, 2023. So far, this is what my flow looks like. The step I have before the condition is "list rows present in a table".

The condition formulas are:

formatDateTime('1899-12-30',int(items('Apply_to_each')?['Date'],90),'yyyy-MM-dd') is equal to

formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-dd')

This is the error that I'm getting when I try to run it.

My suspicions are that my first formula is wrong, or I have to somehow store the Date in an array variable. Any help or suggestions on this would be much appreciated. Thank you!
