Hi

I am trying to create a flow where it checks if the User of the Owner field in a Account in CRM is Active or not and then changes the owner to a team

    Hi Wearsky

I was getting the below error

    srs00_1-1686776044521.png

So i added the ownerid column

However i have found the flow is changing the owner for active users.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @srs00 ,

    Sorry, my mistake.

It should be 'is not equals to'.

Hi, It still seems to be changing all the Owners to the Sales Team

I was wondering what was the best way to test this, like where should i filter per account name maybe as otherwise it runs through 5000 records. Thanks for your help.
