Failing Flow Action - Excel OneDrive

Hello all!

***Edit 1 Jan 2025:  resubmission via web browser is working again, but automatic triggers and mobile app runs still fail.

My flows, that have been running fine for months is now, are failing with the error "You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser." on an Excel (OneDrive) "List rows present in a table" action.

The flows fail when automatically triggered and when I resubmit the flows in the mobile app.  The flows were running fine when I resubmit them in a web browser.  But, as of today, they don't work at all.  And also as of today, when editing the flows, I can't even get the "List rows present in a table" action to autofill table names anymore (it's failing with the same permissions error).

I've tried the following:
 - reauthenticated the Excel (OneDrive) connection
 - deleted and rebuilt the Excel (OneDrive) connection
 - deleted and remade the "List rows in a table" action(s)
 - changed file permissions in OneDrive

Nothing works, and since I'm on a personal account, there's no way to raise a flag to the PA developers at MS to look into connection/permission issues on the server side.

Aside from biding my time until MS fixes it, are there any other options?  Does someone have a way to get MS's attention for (seemingly) server-side issues like this?

Thanks!

Andrew

As I said in the original post, personal accounts don't have the option of MS support.  See the attached screenshot directing me to this community, or telling me that I need a premium plan for "Assisted Support."

Talked with MS and partially solved by changing browsers.  It was NOT a fix.  The issue is now specifically a OneDrive/Excel permissions issue.  I am going to make a new thread on that topic and close this one as answered.
