I have an Excel sheet with several questions written on it.
I'd like to be able to randomly select a question from the Excel spreadsheet and use PowerAutomate to display the question in Microsoft Forms.
Is that possible?
If so, please tell me how to do it.

I can't think of a way to make questions visible on MS Forms using Power Automate.
But you can use the same excel Sheet and decide which questions to show and which ones to hide by adding an additional column in the Excel Sheet.
And configure this App using PowerApps(which uses a Dynamic way of showing and hiding Survey questions based on the excel).
