    List rows present in a table → Settings Pagination = ON set the threshold value to 5000 (or 10000).

    Filter Query

    If Unique_ID is Text column Unique_ID eq '@{items('Apply_to_each')?['Unique_ID']}'

    If Unique_ID is Number column Unique_ID eq @{items('Apply_to_each')?['Unique_ID']}

    Can you please add a retry and delay to handle transient throttling? To be very specific add 1-5 secs between bathcess or retries to reduce throttling. This thread can help you.
