How to send messages in Teams only if conditions are met

Hello,

I have an Excel file stored on Sharepoint, and 
I would like to create an HTML table and send a message using Teams only when conditions are met.

However, the message will be sent even if the conditions are not met.

 

If the conditions were met, the following message was sent.

If the conditions were not met, the following message was sent.

    Hello @Patricia11 

     

    I am pretty sure that the condition was true. But you will see that in the flow run history.

     

    I can’t read the condition so I can’t help further.

     

    But there are better ways to create an HTML table. There is an action that does that for you. And it is always better to filter the array and not apply to each and append after checking a condition.
