Good day everyone,

Kindly assist, I am trying to write a flow that will notify the assignedTo official of the query that is assigned to them. Referencing the screen below, I'm trying to listen when the assignedto column is modified then trying to get the email from the table glbusers  so that I can send the email, however I getting errors especially with the Row ID. Kindly assist:

    I am wondwering if you full-filled the condtion correctly. In the screenshot what I see is cr473_assignedto is not equal to  [Choose a value]

    Could you please first conrim that the condiotion has met?

    I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!

    Hi Haque,

    Thanks for a  respond,

    I've set the condition this way : cr473_assignedto is not equal to null , where I'm trying to ensure that I don't send if there's no one assigned.

    Hi Petrusottie1,

    Can you tell what errors you get at what moment in time? What is the exact reference value you have in the RowID? Where is that value retrieved?

    Instead of the condition, you can also add this to the Filter rows of the trigger.

    Hi @Petrusottie1,

    As @André Arnaud de Calavon mentioned, can you please narrow down the issue with any known Row ID number to check what is there?

    Please post screenshot of run results of the flow to further investigate.

    Hi @André Arnaud de Calavon , I think I was using the wrong reference number. I'm now able to retrieve the email of the assignedto email from the glbusers table. The only challenge now is to count the number of days query has been assigned and able to apply the SLA so that I can do the escalations.

    Hi Petrusottie1,

    I'm glad you found the culprit with the row ID. About the next challenge, this was not mentioned in your initial question. Do you need help on that?

    Using PowerFx, you can take today's date and calculate the difference in days using the Assigned on date.

    DateDiff(Now(), <<your assigned on date variable>>)
