How to rename the file with ID of the library and copy that file to another library?

I have three working libraries, VPS folder, MTR list and Master file.

When i add the file to the VPS folder, pdf data extracted and recorded to MTR sharepoint list with thw help AI builder flow.

 

How to create the flow,

When an iteam is Created on the MTR list, the actual file taken from the VPS folder and rename the file as MTR list ID and copied to the MASTER file.

Kindly help to resolve.

    Could you please confirm these are document libraries or lists? Believe its document library and you want whenever a file is created under VPS Folder you need to find the ID and create a new file in Master file? Is that correct?

    Hi @abm 

    Whenever a file is created on the VPS folder (library), the pdf data extracted and recorded to the MTR list(Sharepoint list) using Ai flow. Afterthat i flow need, Whenever a item is created on the  MTR list(Sharepoint list) the actual file taken from the VPS folder and rename the file as MTR list ID and copied to the MASTER file.

     

    VPS Folder (Library)      MTR (SharePoint list)     Master File (library)

    ID:111   AAA.pdf     â†’   ID:222  Data Lists      →    File : 222.pdf (this file rename the AAA.pdf file)

     

    Hope you understand this.

    ID:111   AAA.pdf     â†’   ID:222  Data Lists 

     

    How can I relate MTD ID:22 list data with ID:111 AAA.PDF file which is in a document library?
