Using Multiple Windows Simultaneously

I use three monitors on a single PC and have 12 Windows open at a time with different information in each but needed simultaneously. And Each window has more than two tabs open.

How do I name each window, so that I can open them later using their individual names, either when I have accidently closed one of them or when I start my PC every day.

Please help.

When the window first opens in the process, grab the HandleID. I believe the action is “get window” and then there is an option for HandleId.

once you have this, you can always reference or focus this specific window whenever you want for the duration that it is open.

Are these windows all on a browser, e.g. chrome, edge, firefox, etc? in that case I'd recommend an extension like OneTab or something.

Otherwise if these are applications that have exe's, you can create multiple "Run Application" actions in your automation that point to those exes and start them.
