FTP to Onedrive

Hi everyone ..

I'm not sure why this flow is not working. The purpose is to copy any new file added to an FTP folder to my OneDrive for Business.

The problem now is that when i add a file to the specified FTP folder, the file doesn't get copied to the destination even though the flow keeps checking every 15 seconds for new files.

Any idea what i'm doing wrong here? I appreciate the help.

Thanks,

Alaeddin

    Hi Alaeddin,

    Please provide some information about:
    1. Did your FTP server work well in other flows?
    2. Were your flows able to create file to OneDrive with other triggers?
    3. Could you show me the detail information of the Skipped error message? Please click the arrow icon and provide me a screenshot of the detail.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Hi @v-yamao-msft

    Thanks for the reply.

    1. Did your FTP server work well in other flows?

To be frank, this is my first flow. But i believe there's nothing wrong with the connection because i'm able to see the folders inside my FTP server.

    2. Were your flows able to create file to OneDrive with other triggers?

Yes, i've just tried a similar flow; to copy from dropbox to onedrive for business, and it worked as expected.

    3. Could you show me the detail information of the Skipped error message? Please click the arrow icon and provide me a screenshot of the detail.

    Hi Alaeddin,

Please open Services to make sure the status of your “Microsoft FTP service” is running.

Also, please open IIS Manager and restart your FTP site. Please try if this works for you.

    Best regards,
