Hi,

I am creating a flow to send customer survey daily but I want to ensure that customers is only survey once in 30 days. How should I construct this flow? I have a date that trigger the email and also a field called Email Sent where the date is captured. Thanks.

It involves looking at previous entry, like a vlookup so I am not sure your solution will work.

    Hello @r0663664

You could do something similar to this, instead of using "NextReviewDate" in the input field, here you should use your Email Sent field.

formatDate() is less than or equal to addDays()

    If yes --- dont survey

    If no --- survey

Let me know if it this helps you!

Do you have a sharepoint list that captures your email sending events?
