Help with My Flows - Can't Get In or Access Them

I keep getting an error message whenever I try to get into My Flows. I haven't been able to access them all day.

Has anyone seen these or similar errors? How do I address this?

    Hi ,
This error you are seeing means that the Power Automate service couldn’t reach the Dataverse (XRM) API in time. This isn’t a problem with your individual flows, but rather a backend service issue that prevents the “My Flows” page from loading.

This isn’t something you can fix locally it’s a service‑side timeout. Check service health, retry later, and if it continues, raise a support case with the tracking ID.

This XrmApiServerError combined with a TaskCanceledException indicates that the Power Automate portal is timing out while trying to communicate with the underlying Dataverse (XRM) API. Essentially, the "My Flows" page is asking Dataverse for your list of flows, but the database isn't responding fast enough, so the request is being canceled.

    1. Check for Service Health
Before troubleshooting your local setup, check if Microsoft is experiencing an outage in your region.
    • Go to the Power Platform Admin Center.
    • Select Help + Support > Service Health.
    • Look for active incidents related to "Power Automate" or "Dataverse" in your specific geography.
    2. Bypass Browser Cache and Extensions
    • Incognito/Private Mode: Open your browser in Incognito mode and try to access make.powerautomate.com again.
    • Clear Cache: If Incognito works, clear your browser's cache and cookies for microsoft.com and powerautomate.com.
    3. Change Environments
If you have access to multiple environments (e.g., Dev, Sandbox, and Production), try switching to a different environment using the picker in the top right corner.

    4. Direct Access via Solutions
If the "My Flows" list is timing out because it’s trying to aggregate every single flow you own, try accessing them through the Solutions tab instead.

If the issue persists for more than 24 hours and there is no global outage reported, you should open a Microsoft Support ticket
