Empty Apps list

I already tried importing/uploading and creating a test app in Power Apps, but I can't see anything form the Apps list.

Without this list, I'm unable to publish nor edit the applications we're developing for our organization.

I've already tried everything I know and also tried all of Co-pilot's recommendations.

Can you help point me to how this can be resolved?

I will try some basic stuff first
    • Are you definitely logged in as the same user who created the app
    • Is this app in the Environment you are currently in (did you create it in the Default Environment or another one) ?
    • Have you tried the "All" button instead of "My Apps" ?
    • What data source type have you used ?
    • How did you create / import these apps ?
Can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing (your attachment is not able to be opened)

Your attached image is not loading, but from what you have described, it sounds like this isn’t an app issue; it’s an environment or permissions issue.

First thing I’d check is the environment selector (top right in Power Apps). It sounds basic, but if you’re in the wrong environment, the Apps list will look empty even though apps exist elsewhere.

If that’s correct, then it’s almost always permissions. You need at least the Environment Maker role to see and edit apps. If you only have limited access, the Apps list can appear empty.

Also worth checking: if these apps were imported via solutions, try opening them from the Solutions area instead of the main Apps list.

If none of this works, I'd suggest contacting your admin to ensure you are in the right environment and have the necessary roles and permissions to view and edit applications.
