Hello Community,
sending emails per outlook365 from Power Automate doesn't work anymore. It worked fine till last week. I am receiving an email which says that my message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it, no matter which adress I use. Sending directly from outlook works fine. Any ideas how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Can't send email from joe@sinsabaughtransport.com
Hi @S_K
Thank you for your information.
Your flow must be successful cause there is nothing wrong with flow. It has sent emails out successfully. You receive bound back email because of 'recipients' provider rejection'. The flow has finished its job.
Please contact recipients' side(VI1PR0101MB2464.eurprd01.prod.exchangelabs.com) and request them check whether they blocked emails from some of your colleagues.
If you can go to exchange forum, you will be able to find plenty of similar cases.
To investigate it further, you can call support hotline to request a remote troubleshooting support.
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
Anna
Hi Anna,
I did the same test as you and the flow is shown as successful, but I am only getting the error message in outlook.
I got the confirmation from 3 other colleagues, that they are having the same issue, but there are also some colleagues where it works fine. We all have the same licence.
Hi @S_K
Thank you for your confirmation.
I double checked again, the 'send an email' action works fine for me. Thus, it's not a global incident.
Please kindly show me the NDR (bounce back error message) if you send email to yourself. In the meanwhile, please help to change another account to configure flow and send email for test purpose. I would like to narrow down issue to check whether only your emails are blocked or all emails from your domain are blocked.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks
Anna
Hello Anna,
thanks for the quick reply. The problem occurs no matter which e-mail adress I use, internal, external e-mail adresses and even my own.
Hi @S_K
Thank you for posting.
According to your description, you would like to send email to external using flow but suddenly failed this week. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.
Based on the error message, the recipients are hosted in exchange server and they block emails from flow. This is nothing to do with flow but caused by their security system. They should add Flow IP to their black list.
There is nothing you can do from your end. Just contact recipient side and request them add flow IP into their allow lists.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/ip-address-configuration
If recipients side doesn’t support for IP, you can add related service address into white list.
Hope the content above may help you.
Best regards,
Anna
