Microsoft Defender security scan is constantly complaining about on-premise gateway files that are using outdated openSSL implementation in its odbc drivers (version 3.0.13.0). This flags the files as high severity and requires us to update the gateways to remove the vulnerability but we are already running the latest versions of the gateways.

Has anyone been able to fix this issue?
