Flow to send email to specific people based on Excel mapping

I have a Power bi run a query against a data set that gets center", variance, and grouping.

I want to create a flow that gets that data and sends one email to each group that needs an email

Here is an example of Excel mapping table

Grouping	Email
1	123@abc.com
1	456@abc.com
2	123@abc.com
3	123@abc.com
4	123@abc.com

Yes, you can follow steps.

That as source i have created dummay array as you have provided the some sample data:

then add the select action:

From: Select your source body.

Map: Select the value from dynamic content selection.

then add the compose action for find the unique email

Write this expression

union(body('Select'),body('Select'))

then add the apply to each action
