Flow error related to "Mailbox move in progress"

I have a simple flow recreated from a work colleague's flow (his works) that doesn't work for me.  The flow triggers from an email hitting my inbox and takes an attached file and moves it to a sharepoint folder.  I've made no change to the email which goes to the co-worker and my inbox.  Here's the error from FlowChecker attached.

    I would put a 10/20 second delay after the trigger, before you try to move the attachment. I know it doesn't solve the root issue, but it should allow your flow to work.

    Believe this maybe being due to your mailbox putting the attachment into a 'malware scanning' state and Power Automate therefore cannot access it until this completes.
    Your mailbox maybe in a stricter group regarding safe attachments policy than your colleague so that is why they are not seeing same thing?
