    Hi @Anonymous ,

I can provide some high level answers but no one will really now your company's situation and circumstance like you.

    1. Power Automate Desktop (PAD) is Microsoft's RPA platform.  Similar to AAE/UiPath/BP, you can run attended and unattended automations.  PAD is still a relatively new platform so it still has some catching up to the other vendors but it is improving rapidly.

    2. Can you clarify what you mean by distribute?

    3. The pricing plans can be found here.  From personal experience, PAD is significantly cheaper than AAE/UIPath/BP so it may be an option.

    4. Prem connectors can be purchased as a per flow or per user plan.  Pricing in link earlier.

    5. Azure is huge so it really depends on what services you are using.  Generally speaking, anything deployed as a production workload in Azure will usually incur a cost though there are exceptions like where your usage is so small that costs are negliable in consumption pricing models.  Check out the pricing calc here.
