AI Builder issue

When I created a AI builder to identified the contents of documents. I have upload the docuements but it always show “The fields of this document cannot be loaded. Please try again“ I don't know how to solve this issue

    Which file type are you using? Not all types are supported? Supported: PDF, JPG, or PNG (for example Word is not supported)
