If Condition formula on 2 fields

Hello,

I've a SharePoint list connected to Power Apps. There are 2 fields (EHS No. and Received Date), on which I need to apply If formula in a field called Status.

If in EHS field, if we have a No. return text as Completed and if blank return In Progress.

Similarly if we have a Date in Received Date, return text as Completed else return In Progress.

Hi,

I'm unsure of this PAD condition. Is this related to Power Apps form or Power Automate.
