I'm trying to automate a method in our country (PK) to check the status of mobile phone's registration from PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority).
I'm actually able to pass the IMEI from user input to the textbox on webpage but after that is required to click on "I'm not a robot". After it checks, we need to click on submit button.
I'm unable to bypass it.
Is there any way?

Only few Captchas that are pretty straight forward can be read using OCR to text, but not all.
That is the point of having a Captcha which is an acronym for:
Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart.
The underlined part says that it is designed to distinguish between humans and robots (or bots) or an automated process.
And if it is as per what you said it is coming from Google then it might be a tough one or almost impossible.
