PROBLEM:
I'm new to Power Automate.
I provisioned a new SharePoint Online site with my organization, created a test link, and verified it "works".
I'd like to trigger an "action" when a new item is added.
In SharePoint, I clicked Integrate > Flows > Create flow > Send a customized email when a list item is added > [Create Flow] and clicked through the wizard.
When I was done, I [Save], and got this error:
ERROR: New designer can't be used for this flow yet
This flow won't work with the new designer yet because it was created using an older format...
OK: so– there seems to be a mismatch between the “Designer” (i.e. the Power Automate dialogs I was clicking through) and the flow.
Per Google, all I need to do is switch from “New Designer” to “Classic” in the upper right corner.
Unfortunately, the “New Designer” toggle seems to be greyed out in my "Power Automate" screen.

Q:  Help! What can I do to get around this problem?

I can see that when you create a flow from SharePoint, it uses the old template. Can you try creating the flow from Power Automate instead of SharePoint and see if it works?

I too experience such warnings in the past,  Some flows created using an older format is not working with the new designer.

We raised an MS Ticket too to replicate the issue, but unfortunately neither import or nor copy the actions wont work from the classic designer to the new designer.

So the only option which the suggested is to recreate the workflow from the scratch.

You can also add the parameter to rollback to classic designer  but in recent times its automatically rollback.
