Hi,
I'm creating a Microsoft forms survey, and using Power Automate I would like to send custom emails to the respondents based on their combined responses to the form. By combined, I mean sending the email based on the answers of more than one question.
The form acts as a self-assessment and I aim to send respondents an email directing them to relevant material based on their answers to the self assessment.
Can anybody advise me on how to build this out on Power Automate? I've seen videos online but they seem to send emails based on one answer in the form rather than multiple answers.
Thanks in advance for your time!
It would be good to see your form and understand that a little better. But I think you need to be looking at the respondants answers. So assuming the respondant has to pick one of the below:
Then you need to writing that answer in plain text to a SharePoint List, I Like lists better than excel. Then what ever that value is 1,2, or 3 you need ot setup a paralle branches with a custom email for each.
I hope the above gives you some idea of how to proceed. If you can send me screen shot in clasic view of you flow that would help.
Regards,
Andrew
