When a HTTP request is received and a "/" in text field

Hi All,

I am using When a Http request is Recieved to trigger a flow.  One of the parameters is a text field which is a free text.  I have noticed that if  user puts a / in the text, the flow fails to act.  I understand the reason why it fails, but is there a way to overcome this as using a / in the text is legitimate.

Thanks in Advance

    Can you provide a screenshot of your flow. Also, please share the schema of your http trigger.

    Hi @SudeepGhatakNZ

    Here is my flow

    The Schema for the HTTP request is below

    {Opt1}/{Owner}/{Opt2}/{Date}/{Opt3}/{Opt4}/{Opt5}/{Concern}/{Text1}/{Text2}/{Text3}

    I have replaced sensitive detail with OPT.  All the parameters are ok.  It is the last three, where the user enters free text and we are not able to restrict what text is entered.

    Sorry, Please see below

    It is the arrowed properties that will contain the free text.

    Hi @Skybluekid

    I am unable to reproduce this at my end. My flow runs just fine.

    @SudeepGhatakNZ

    The HTTP request link is coming from an Excel workbook.  I have tested this and I have noticed that the HTTP request wont trigger if there are any special characters in the parameter.  Any thoughts?

    Can you please share an example for me to reproduce this at my end?
