Need Help - Power Automate Button (Power BI)

Hi all,

 

I have been created a simple workflow to send an email to my ID for testing purposes and it is working fine. I have applied power automate button in Power BI and linked the workflow to it and it shows no response.

 

Do i need to edit the Power automate button each and every time and apply the workflow?

Why my Power automate button is not giving any response after clicking the button?

 

Kindly assist me.

    Hi @RevathiKannan22 ,

     

    Here is the full tutorial of embedding Power Automate flow in Power BI report:

    Trigger a cloud flow from any Power BI report - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

     

    In short, you will need power bi button as the trigger, furthermore, you need to setup values that need to be passed to the flow.
